앞으로 static 부분에 CSS 파일을, templates 부분에 html 파일을 넣어주세요

resources 바로 아래에 있는 CSS 디렉토리 안 필요한 일부 파이일을 static 아래 CSS 디렉토리로 이동하였습니다.
•
그외 변경이 있는 파일이나 디렉토리는 볼드체와 취소선으로 표시 해두었습니다.
